Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. In 2000, he began his acting career playing in a variety of TV shows, including Opposite sex. After starring in various teen movies, including Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he became known as the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch. Evans appeared in several films that were adapted from comics and graphic novels, for instance, TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame 2019 brought him greater acceptance. He became one of the highest-paid actors on the planet because of his work for the Marvel franchise.
